The subject land is located a mere 5 minutes drive west of Triang Town. Triang is approximately 32km south of Temerloh and is accessible via the KL – Karak Highway from KL, or from Negeri Sembilan via Bahau ( Please refer to location plan attached ). The subject land is also near to the proposed Temerloh – Sepang Highway as indicated in the Master Plan of the state.

From Kuala Lumpur (KL), take Jalan Kuching towards the North (Ipoh).

At Selayang, take the left lane on to the elevated round-about. (Follow sign to Kuantan).

At round-about take the 3 0’clock exit towards Gombak / Kuantan.

Follow signs to Kuantan and you will soon join the KL-Kuantan Main Road.

On the KL-Kuantan Main Road you will pass the following ;
- Toll Plaza (Gombak Toll – Entry)
- Genting Sempah
- Toll Plaza (Karak Toll – Exit)

After the above Toll Plaza, Follow signs towards Expressway to Kuantan.

You will come to another Toll Plaza (Karak Toll – Entry).

Take the Expressway and exit at Temerloh Junction.

After the Toll Plaza (Temerloh Toll – Exit), turn left at T-Junction towards Temerloh.

Follow this road until the next T-Junction, turn left here towards Kuantan / Temerloh.

On this road you will pass by shops on the left and right.

Follow this road until a round-about. Turn left at the round-about (or 9 O’clock direction).

Shortly after, at the Traffic lights, turn right towards Triang. Travel on this road for 32km, or approximately half an hour where you have to look out for the sign for Triang and turn right.

You are now in Triang Town.

Follow the straight road till the end, there will be a T-junction. Turn Left here.

Follow the road through town until you pass a Shell station on the right.

Turn right on the next intersection (crossroad).

Follow the road until the next intersection (crossroad).

The Police station is at the corner of this intersection.

Go across the intersection passing the police station on the right.

From here on the roads are laterite roads.

Follow this road in. You will ;
- cross a railway track,
- drive pass a Triang Estate signboard,
- and then a Old Guard House.

Go straight in until you see a sign indicating BUKIT EMAS.

Turn left here. The Estate office is on the left about 200m from the junction.
