TLK Group is the owner of 2,800 acres of Rubber and Palm Oil Estate land, known as Triang Estate. The Estate is strategically located just across the railway line next to Triang Town.

The existing Triang town has an estimated population of 75,000 and is approximately 32km south of Temerloh. It is accessible via the KL – Karak Highway from KL, the Kuantan – Temerloh Highway from the East Coast or from Negeri Sembilan via Bahau. The subject land is also near to the proposed Temerloh – Sepang Highway as indicated in the Master Plan of the state.

Of the 2,800 acres of freehold land owned by TLK Group, 980 acres has been earmarked for the new township development of Triang. It is the plan of TLK Group to develop this area into a fully integrated and modern township bearing the hallmarks of the best town planning features. It will incorporate residential, commercial and industrial precincts with its main focus on tourism oriented supporting services. Recreational and various tourist attractions shall be the preferred mode of activities which will translate to a resort lifestyle environment.
