Background

The State of Pahang is setting its sights on becoming the country’s new economic frontier. This falls in with the government’s plan of establishing industrial corridors to encourage regional development and create local growth areas nationwide.

The State has identified three main sectors namely agricultural, manufacturing and tourism that will lead the development of the state into the future.

The Triang – Kerayong – Bandar 34 or otherwise known as The Triang Triangle is earmarked to be the main development area in the Bera District.

The proposed project will be located on parcels of land situated in the district of Bera in the state of Pahang. The location of which is also within the Triang Triangle. This district is an important gateway to the Pahang State from the south especially the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

In view of this and the strategic location of Triang, we envision Triang to be the up and coming new growth area as we move into the Millenium.
