Foreigners can even make Palm Grove their 2nd home and obtain social visit pass via the government initiated and supported “Malaysia My Second Home Programme – MM2H”. Fivestar Ventures Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Malaysian Immigration Department as a company to aid in the promotion of the above programme. We are able to provide professional advise and assist intended applicants and will be able to sponsor the programme applicant should it be required.

Palm Grove will have facilities, amenities, activities, recreation and supporting services for the residents, locals and tourist. This will be made possible by incorporating a unique resort – “The Palm Grove Resort” by having a lot of facilities and activities on site, - please refer to attachment for a comprehensive list of facilities and activities planned for this resort. Buyers of our properties will be entitled a few years of free membership to the resort. They will be entitled free usage of certain resort facilities, while usage of other facilities will be charged at members’ discounted rate. This resort, other than providing services to the local residents and great weekend getaways, will also be ideal for schoolchildren on excursions / field trips, corporate training / holidays, church groups retreat / fellowship camps and tourist.
